Lockport Animal Hospital, established in 1993 by Dr. Joseph Caffarini, is a full-service veterinary medical facility, providing the finest professional health care for your pet. Our health care staff offers you and your pet(s) prompt, courteous, and compassionate service.   • Dr. Joseph A. Caffarini, BSAg, DVM

    Veterinarian / Owner
    Dr. Joseph Caffarini (aka Dr. Joe), graduated with a DVM degree from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984 and established Lockport Animal Hospital, P.C. in 1993.
  • Dr. Joe DeMoor, DVM

    Dr. Joe DeMoor has been practicing for 23 years. He graduated from the University of Missouri in 1995. He owns 2 English Cocker Spaniels named Marty and Cody. He enjoys spending time outdoors and time with his family.
  • Susie Stanek, C.V.T

    Susie has been at Lockport Animal Hospital since May 2014. She received her certification from Veterinary Technical Institute at Fox College in May of 2012. She has worked in the veterinary field since 2008.
    She currently lives in Lockport with her boyfriend and pets.
  • Jan Kost

    Jan joined Lockport Animal Hospital in 2000 but the Kost family has a long history with us. The Kosts have been long time clients and Jan's daughters Valerie and Victoria were both veterinary assistants.
  • Janice O'Neil

    Janice joined Lockport Animal Hospital in 2004 as our morning receptionist. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially with her grandson Jameson. She has two dogs. A puggle named Murree and a hound named Ronald James.
  • Rebecca Johnson

    Rebecca Johnson has a BS degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and joined Lockport Animal Hospital as the evening receptionist in 2005.

    Joanne joined Lockport Animal Hospital in 2006. She is an avid bowler.
  • Sara Truschke

    Sara Joined Lockport Animal Hospital in 2014. She received her associates degree from Fox College. Sara also works at the University of Chicago working with lab animals full time. She has a golden retriever named Bryleigh.
  • Jenna Marsh

    Jenna has worked here since 2015, and also works for TLC Animal Shelter in Homer Glen. She has five dogs of her own and enjoys pet sitting when not working here and at TLC.
  • Megan Peckham

    Megan has been in the veterinary field since January 2002. She moved to Illinois in 2014 for her and her husbands hockey business. She enjoys spending time with family, her dogs, friends and helping out with Southern Cross Boston Terrier Rescue.
  • Celeste Ayala

    Celeste started working at Lockport Animal Hospital in May of 2017. She attended the Veterinary Assistant program at the College of DuPage. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has three dogs, two chihuahua's, named CeCe and Benny, and a chihuahua mix named Chico.

    Mallory has been a vet assistant for one year. She plans to enroll in the Vet Tech program at Joliet Junior College in the fall of 2019. She comes from a small town where her high school mascot was Bob the Husker. She loves her yellow lab mix named Stoopi and her calico cat named Miss Molly.
  • Allison Goldtrap

    Allison has worked at Lockport Animal Hospital since May of 2017. She will be attending Joliet Junior College's Vet Tech program in the fall of 2018. Allison is from a small town and lived on a farm. She loves spending time with family and friends. Allison has a cat named Wednesday.
  • Carly Connors

    Carly grew up in Frankfort and moved to Lockport  three years ago. She loves this town and working for a small business like Lockport Animal Hospital. Carly has been with Lockport Animal Hospital since May 2017. She has one dog and two cats and hopes to have a lot more one day.
